Computer System Warranty      

ONE YEARS WARRANTY ON COMPUTER SYSTEM EXCLUDING PRINTERS

For one (1) year from the date of purchase, when the computer system is operated and maintained according to the instructions attached or furnished with the product, Delka Computer Solutions will pay for replacements parts and repair labour cost to correct defects in material or workmanship. Delka Computer Solutions or its designed company must provide service.

Delka Computer Solutions will not pay for:

1.      Service calls

2.      Repairs when your Computer System is used in other than normal, single-family household use.

3.      Pickup and delivery. Your Computer System must be brought in our depot, and pickup from our depot at your cost.

4.      Damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, improper installation, acts of God, or use of products not approved by Delka Computer Solutions.

5.      Damage to parts or system resulting from modification of any type by any personnel other than Delka Computer Solutions technician.

6.      Replacements parts or repair labour costs for the system operated outside Jamaica.

7.      In Jamaica, travel or transportation expenses for customers who resides in remote areas

8.      Delka Computer Solutions warranty donot cover Printers.   

DELKA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

If you need services, first see the User’s Manual that came with your system.

Keep warranty and your sales receipt together for future reference. You must provide both documents as proof of purchase for in-warranty service.
